METHOD:

1. In the glass, muddle lime quarters with soda syrup and vodka replacement to help extract the natural oils. Fill with crushed ice and mix with a spoon.

Alternative:

1. Use extra lime and a dash of soda syrup in place of the non-alcoholic vodka. Top with SodaStream Sparkling Water if you like a little fizz.

TIP: To crush ice, wrap ice cubes in a tea towel and lightly smash with a rolling pin.
