Ingredients:

  • 1 Kiwi fruit
  • Handful of Mint leaves
  • ETCH ZST

Method:

  1. Peel a whole kiwi fruit, roughly chop and place in glass
  2. Add a handful of fresh mint leaves
  3. Muddle to crush the fruit and release the flavour from the mint
  4. Add ice
  5. Top glass with ZST
